About Us

Umina Bunnies Rugby League Football Club was Established in 1960’s, Juniors in 1963 & our Senior Division in 1964.

The Bunnies is a Grass roots Community Rugby league club based in Umina Beach on the Central Coast, NSW region of Australia.

Umina Bunnies compete in the RLCC Broken Bay Region Competition and our teams include Boys , Girls and Mixed U5 – U17’s tackle and Girls League Tag.

Our Home ground Col Gooley Oval resides meters from Umina Beach. Proudly Our Senior club won three First grade Premiership in 1983, 1994 and 2005. Fond Childhood memories include the rival Umina Vs Woy Woy games on the bunnies hill!

Our Club has produced many talented players; notable mention John MCarthy, Peter Rugglous, Micky Farquar Steven Lavis, Chris Heighington, Brayden Williame and Dally M winner 2022 Nicho Hynes.

We partner with many local businesses and proudly encourage our sponsors, players, their families and all Club members to come and “Rally round the banner of Umina”.
